Working from home in Northern California and on the road, the owner likes to meet clients in person, see their businesses and learn their priorities. I didn't start out in technology, but I worked for small businesses that were struggling with it. Outdated websites, slow computers, staff not knowing how to use software, people cussing at computers that are supposed to make work easy and everybody too busy with their job to stay on the technology.
